What are the best spots to build?

I get that it’s seed dependant but what are the top 5 build spots if you have no constraints such as a small team or a small base. Like what are the spots you are racing to on a new wipe. I’m fairly new but I would say a few like ice lakes, flat shallow water, nice island and close to launch.
