How to handle Aeldari?

I’m hearing my friend talk about his fire warriors and I have no idea how to handle that. His unit can do a max of 62 damage in one turn of shooting and then immediately jump back into a transport and he can make them immune to Fire Overwatch. How do you combat that? That seems impossible to deal with.
