Is everyone moving their Pokèmon between areas?

I’m wondering how much y’all move around your Pokemon? I really hate if an evolution line is split up, so I will move them to live in the same area. But there are some Pokemon that I feel like don’t make sense in the place they’re in? Like why is Growlithe in Bleak Beach? Poor baby keeps telling me it’s too cold. Maybe I just don’t know a lot about Pokemon lore lol. But I’m just curious how much everyone is moving their Pokemon around!
