Is MI lifestyle A scam and if so what steps to take?

Rant/Experience

My father is now a active seller/distributer of this companies product. I attended thier demo business lecture. Here are multiple reasons why i think it is a scam.

*They are a MLM company.

*They give more commission if you make more distributer/sellers to join their company.

*they are a pyramid scheme.

*All the people at thier lecture were villagers, small sellers who are easy to scam.

*They made people believe that they can make upto 2 lakh 10thousand Rs selling thier products per WEEK(Basically selling the AMERICAN DREAM).

*They have rank based system for higher commision for sellers per rank.

*They made fake rags to riches stories- how one guy worked in IT sector earning 30 thousand a month joined their company and now owns a range rover parked outside(probably on rent).

*They made BS surveys- that running a house in 1940s needed 10rs, in 1960s needed 100rs, in 1980s needed 1000rs, in 2000s needeed 10000rs, in 2020 needed 100000rs and keep going.

*They try to create FOMO by giving domestic or Dubai trips- if indiviuals particular amount of their products i think 4 lakh+ for an Agra trip, 10lakh+ for Dubai trip.( since most of sellers ask their friend to join this creates a fear of missing out the trip with your friends).

*They sell over priced products-since my father is a commission agent(deals with farmers), they sell overpriced soil protectors to us, then we sell the overpriced product to the famers, e.g their Bhuastra Super costs more then 1500rs whereas the competition sells these products at less than half the price.

*Their products have no to very few review on websites like amazon- e.g their bhuastra only has 4 review with rating of 2.7 on amazon.

*Thier team- thier team come every 3-4 days to our shop to make my father buy and sell thier products( my father even started taking thier lungs serup without any doctor's description). they may even come with a cake or so to make my father feel like he is at a special rank in thier company

*They somehow made my father work for them as a salesperson for them, since my father bought over 4 lakhs worth of their products in advance, he now asks each farmers that visits our shop to buy the companies products,so he can get rid of the current stock.

*Brainwashing people- the company has successfully completely brainwashed my father and his friends. Our relatives and I tried to confront my fathers that the whole business might be a scam but he is COMPELETELY brainwashed by thier domestic/foriegn trips, their cakes; To this point that he trusts the company more then us.

At last any suggestion for what to do about this situation
