I'm planning to buy a 2-bedroom apartment in Ajman and would really appreciate some local insight from people who live ther. A few things I'm trying to figure out:

Prices: What's a realistic purchase price range for a decent 2-bed apartment right now? Curious how prices vary by area and building quality.

Best neighborhoods: Which areas would you recommend, especially for families? Looking for somewhere safe, clean, and reasonably quiet.

Family-friendly factors: Proximity to good schools, parks, supermarkets, and clinics matters a lot to me. Freehold vs. other ownership: Which areas/buildings are freehold and open to all nationalities? Any advice here would help.

Service charges: What are typical annual service/maintenance fees, and which buildings are known for being well-managed (or poorly managed)?

Areas to avoid: Any neighborhoods or developments you'd steer clear of — for resale value, construction quality, traffic, or other reasons?

General tips: Anything you wish you'd known before buying here — hidden costs, developer reputation, payment plans, resale potential, commute to Dubai/Sharjah, etc.
