It’s a cozy summer Saturday night - in my younger years I’d be out enjoying the weather and up to no good. But these days I’m sitting here on my couch instead, relaxing with a little self-care. Maybe you’re having a similar evening as well? Or maybe you’ve read this in the wee hours of the morning in search of coziness (don’t worry, I’m often up early too).

A little about me: I’m a married dad and living my best life. I love running and being active, but I’m also not afraid of an evening of downtime. I love playing music, teaching, and learning. I’m ready to go with the flow and discover what comes next.
