Is it possible to make a game on RenPy similar to Elevator Hitch?

Yeah, so I want to code a game that has similar mechanics to Elevator Hitch by RachelDrawsThis. I don't know if you guys have played it before. But basically it's a visual novel that also has point-and-click features with multiple endings, depending on what you interact with. Is there a way to code that on RenPy, because I can only seem to code the visual novel part of it, but not the point-and-click and multiple endings aspect. I understand that RenPy might not be the best engine for other types of games, I just want to know if it's possible.
