Parents of UKG and 1st standard kids, how do you get them to sit and study without getting distracted by mobiles, TV, games, and cartoons?

I'm finding it difficult to keep my child engaged in reading, writing, and basic learning activities. Sitting and writing for even 15–20 minutes seems challenging, but when it comes to cartoons, games, or videos, the attention span is completely different—they remember everything and show a lot of interest.
