Cars in 1.2M range.

Hello people, I am thinking of buying a car in a budget of 12 lakhs. From what I have searched online, the 2 best options are cultus (2009-2010) and civic (1996-1998). It is going to be my first car. So I need suggestions on what car to buy and what are the pros and cons.
