Why Do You Y'All Keep Calling Quad "chemo"?

Isn't that misleading? Not a single source I found says that quad induction is the same as chemo, in fact they all say it's absolutely not chemo. It's very confusing when you guys call it chemo, especially for newbies who are trying to understand this new world or Myeloma. Just sayin....
