did nbme 32 today and felt so disappointed that i fell 9%, and it was supposed to increase, overall i didn’t find it hard just somethings that i knew i just coudnt remember like lymph nodes/blood supply and changing right answer to wrong by overthinking 2 much .anw i need someone to tell me brutally how this is and how i can improve. hoping my score improves in 33 i need another 70+ 😭 seeing so many ppl w multiple 70s in their nbmes and still saying their step1 went shit makes me scared and slowly my anxeity is getting worse
