In need of help guidence

Hi everybody, I've been struggling a lot this year. I was taking care of a woman with Alzheimer's. She was amazing. She passed away about 6 months ago. Ever since I haven't been able to find a job I've been comfortable at and could stay out anyways. My fuel assistance for some reason didn't cover any mail actually bill which it usually does but this year it covered $14. I'm extremely behind like $700 behind on eversource but I did get them to do a payment plan for $98 a month. I don't know if there's anybody who could spend $98. I know that is a whole lot to ask. I just am not sure what to do anymore and now I've been behind three times on the payment plan it's just a spiral and after this my car payment comes on the 28th so it's just like a spiral of trying to pay the bills. I figured why not ask for help. I know there are a lot of people out there who can help and I do know that it won't be like this forever and I will be there to help others again one day too.
