[Unknown][Unknown] Console 2D 1v1 Fighting game with pretty simple character designs and one of the characters being a cowboy with a lasso.

I had a flashback to when I was kid playing this fighting game at someones house, I don't remember alot from it but I do recall there being a stage with a tumble weed, and a white intro screen that showed off fighters, the characters were relatively chibi style. And there could of possibly been a mummy or a cactus looking fighter? I also don't think it was a very well known game.
