What is happening with the load times?

My load times are 15x worse than they were last season. I attempted to open atlas earlier and just got the gears spinning for a full minute. Half the time I just exit out of the game and go do something else. Such a shit experience :( Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

I've got a 9800x3d and 5070 ti with 64gb ram, feel like this shit should be doing the kessel run faster than the Millennium Falcon.
