Connection to HyperX ngenuity

I have a HyperX alloy elite 2 keyboard no longer for sale and apparently it’s supported according to Claude Google and grok but I just can’t seem to get it to connect. I also have a HyperX mouse that does not connect but I’m more concerned about my keyboard because of its customization on the lights. Keyboard is plugged into usb ports on back of pc and still the app claims it’s not detected. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
