Constantly lightheaded, faint, out of body for the last week and a half.

20, AMAB but Transfeminine. Last weekend on Friday while driving to see a movie with friends, I began to slowly feel more and more lightheaded to the point where I felt like I was about to pass out, only for it to peak and somewhat dissipate, leaving me feeling lightheaded and out of body for the rest of the weekend. It then happened again even worse that Sunday, where I almost passed out in my driveway and called 911 (afterwards I noticed a weird tingling and numbness in my feet and tips of my fingers). Got checked out and all of my bloodwork, EKS, everything came back stellar, and they released me.

It seemed to go away for the week until suddenly this last Friday, that morning of work I almost fainted again about an hour into my job. Went to urgent care, where they grilled me about everything from hydration to sleep, etc. Did 2 blood tests and a piss test on me and nothing was wrong. Even as I still felt a bit light headed and had some faint tingling in my legs, I was in great shape and they told me to follow up with my primary care provider.

I suspected originally that I might be developing symptoms of being diabetic or pre-diabetic, since it runs in my family and I had eaten a bag of cookies earlier that Friday morning, but my levels both times weren't crazy high. I had a 120 from the ER visit and I'd eaten a couple slices of pizza a few hours earlier, and a 108 from UC visit (though the time between me almost fainting and getting a blood draw was like, 6+ hours) I just don't know for sure and the things I'm experiencing right now feel crazy out of proportion by comparison.

It's still happening today. Completely out of body feeling light headed and weird. I just don't understand anymore.
