Therefore, instead of headshot damage, you use 45% magazine capacity.

Tipping scales gives you 30% magazine capacity, for a total of 75%. When you add a +50 gunner pouch, Sleipnir has 175 rounds.

This allows you to chain perfect frenzy while still using whatever two other pieces you want.

The MK46 goes way over if you use 45% magazine capacity, you are sitting at 195 with +50 and 30% from tipping scales. This also allows you to chain regular frenzy.

Sleipnir has far better stability and accuracy, it handles more like an assault rifle than the MK46.

Sleipnir's reload time is around 2 seconds with buffs, making it reload 50% faster than the MK46.

Sleipnir is better than the MK46 for everything, from legendaries to tier 10.
