are there champ specific lane guides?

i watched a couple of lane guides but are there guides that help with matchups, and how to play based on the diffrent lane(blue yellow green). for champs, i havent been able to find any, all the guides are about builds, or ability usage while usefull, im getting stomped on as a colse range champ, like billy , and cant seem to find any angels or just get out poked, a guide that focuses just on billiy's or another champs lane phase would be supper helpfull.
