International Panasonic wifi 35$

I flew from JFK-MXP milan italy on a 777 widebody. It was a roughly 9 hour flight and i decided to pay 35$ for wifi via panasonic avionics 3rd party. It claimed to be fast and reliable internet. As soon as it charged my card the 35$ the service kicked on and it was absolutely terrible. Not only that. I called panasonic when i got back and they explained that due to a certain amount of usage they cannot give me a refund. I tried explaining that the usage was all from the constant buffering while trying to watch a movie. It was so bad i just took it off and tried to go to sleep. Do not give these folks your money. Panasonic avionics wifi are a bunch of thieves. Screw you customer service agament Vaassanthhh
