4 days lang ako sa work, entitled ba ako sa backpay?

Hi guys! Ask ko lang about my situation.

I resigned immediately after 4 days training kasi the setup wasn't for me. HR told me to return the company properties, so pinadala ko via Lalamove since pauwi na ako sa province.

Pero biglang sabi ni HR, dapat daw physically present ako to surrender the items and for exit clearance. I'm already on the bus home so hindi na ako makakabalik. Hindi pa ako nakapag-exit interview or sign ng physical papers, pero yung items nasa kanila na.

Questions:
Makukuha ko pa ba yung pay ko for the 4 days worked kahit hindi ako physically present for clearance?

Since wala pa akong payroll account, paano kaya nila ibibigay yung backpay?

Can they withhold my salary just because hindi ako nakapag-sign ng papers in person?

Sabi ni HR ichecheck daw if pwede online clearance. Pero worried lang ako baka hindi ako bayaran. Thank you!
