Best way to make at as running my own Cloud consultancy

Recently joined cloud ops at a big bank. Very fortunate to have got the job after 1 year unemployed transitioning from SWE to cloud. Have 5YOE which touches cloud, but not focused on it.

My plan is to learn anything and everything while I’m on here. Prior to getting job I got a few cloud certs. I know people rag on them, but AWS solution architect pro was so rigorous that I find it actually helps, even when I work on azure more so than even the azure certs.

Dunno if I should just learn and buddy up with adjacent cloud teams and learn everything I can. Or maybe get TOGAF to leverage my way into solutions architect.

Few years ago I tried dropshipping lol. That and some other ventures seem a little pie in the sky and not really for me. Ideally I can run my own cloud shop, maybe hire a couple cloud engineers/architects in a few years.
