Can I get away with using my dad’s credit card for airport lounge access?

Going on vacation soon with my girlfriend and my dad has a credit card that allows him and a guest access to certain airport lounges. Normally I’d obviously understand this to be a no however my dad and I share a name, only it’s my second name rather than first name, I get they check your boarding pass too, but is there any way we’ll get caught or cause any issues if I simply say something like I “go by my second name” when they see my first and second name on the boarding pass and only the second name (dads first name) and surname on the credit card? Like do they actually check anything on a computer or is it kinda just “does your boarding pass and credit card say you’re this person”?
