Ethnicity: African-American

Physical Appearance: 6'4 with an average build. Thick dread locs and a full beard of dark brown hair. Dark Brown eyes and bronze skin. He wears a simple pair of glasses and has an intense, analytical gaze

Personality: He speaks with a calm, articulate, and measured tone, using his extensive vocabulary. He is calm and collected, preferring to understand what’s going on around him before he makes a move.  He has zero patience for sloppy work, poor posture, or half hearted effort.

The Why:

He loves the psychological play of forcing someone to change for him. Forcing someone to give up what they had in an attempt to make him happy.  He uses grading metrics (A through F) to evaluate how well his partner maintains their role.

In this world-building plot, the New World Order has completely restructured higher education, turning universities into high-security training grounds for societal alignment. It is Marcus’ turn to chair the board and your character is up for review. Your character is brought before him for a private meeting to discuss your progress. 

 My New Wife: Your character was an outspoken opponent of the New Order. It was no surprise when they came for you. You were determined to be a threat to the natural order and needed to be reducated. What you didn’t know was that you would meet Marcus. A marriage contract has already been made and you have few other options. Just what will your new “Husband” do with you now?

Discovering an administrative infraction that could ruin the Chair's career, Marcus uses his leverage to enforce a private "Professional Decorum Correction Plan" during off-hours.

Instead of firing them, Marcus institutes a mandatory administrative standardization protocol, treating the character as a blank slate to be programmed for optimal performance. 

The Chaotic Department Head

Your Character is a department head known for their intense, chaotic lecturing style and argumentative behavior in board meetings. Marcus is the newly appointed Chair of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee. Utilizing a new university mandate regarding behavioral uniformity, Marcus places the senior colleague on a private, residence-based "Tenure Alignment Practicum" over the summer break.
