So I was a dumbass and sold my account 4 years ago thinking I would never play videogames again, as at the time with the situation around me, playing videogames would just massively stress me out for not fixing my situation, which was money related.

Now, I was a dumbass for honestly asking DE for a second chance, as I tried to play in a new account a couple years ago and I realized I couldn't make the thousand hour investment to get back to where I used to be.

Don't get me wrong, as I stated in support I was aware that I broke TOS, and I didn't expect to get that account unbanned at all, but I thought fuck it, might as well go for it.

I got excited as they asked for more info, but today i found out it was just to ban my current MR4 account I haven't even played in for like 2 years, and my hardware LOL.

I guess I was ban evading? but I didn't even change ip or anything, and support didn't mention ban evading as a reason for the ban. Tbh I feel like they didn't even read anything, or maybe I wasn't supposed to be allowed to make a new account? Their terms of service says it's case by case, so as I didn't have any impediments I thought I was in the clear.

Well, as I said, I don't think I personally could've soldiered through a thousand hours again just to get back to where I started, so I just have to own it now.

This post is just to set a precedent for other people in my position, if you can make the time investment to get back to where you where, don't do what I did, the punishment for the offense is PERMANENT.

Contacting support can get you hardware banned, don't risk it like I did
