Does anyone know how I can stop my game from crashing

So I've been playing black souls 2 on joiplay (my first playthrough) and its been having its issues and bugs, but they were always fixed with attention to how the game works, but the moment I step foot in Alice's location, this game just crumbles like dust. Its been doing the same with dodos h-scenes and only dodo in particular. Is there anyway I can fix this or am I gonna have to play the game from the start again?
