Hi I have C4 Prune with 3k attack with pyro resonance. Is this enough?

When shielded by Nicole, Prune is having 3900 attack if she activates her passive it goes 4300 total attack.

Question: Her talent passive buffing on field DPS counts her total attack 4300? Or only the 3900 buffed by Nicole.

Btw my Prune is L80 so I think with nicole buff she can achieve 4000 attack.
