Health anxiety regarding sulfur burps & bloating

I see so much talk about them, but I’m terrified my sulfur burps are a symptom of gastroparesis. I’m on day 2 of burps, bloating and intermittent diarrhea. No vomiting and mild pain because of the gassy bloating. I’m currently on 7.5mg and have had almost zero side effects from the beginning.
Anyone willing to talk me off the ledge? My first thought jumps to the worst… and I hope it’s not that.
