Phone speaker sounds muffled but not on youtube

So my android phone sounds muffled especially when im listening to music on Spotify or youtube music but this doesn't seem to be the case when im watching youtube shorts. Also like it sounds muffled when im watching reels and then when i open youtube shorts and then go back to reels, it kinda fix the problem for a while but the same solution can't be applied to music streaming app. This is so weird.

I tried to update system but there's no update available

Im using an Infinix Note 30 Pro with android 14, XOS v14
