Opinion on NG+ Vs Full restart?

This is mostly a "I want to know your opinion" less of a "convince me" post :3

I know I'm going to be replaying Elden Ring more than a few times once I'm done with this first save but I'm curious as to your guy's opinions on whether you enjoy a full restart more or just NG+

I can't say for myself, given I've never made it to this point, but I think I would prefer a full restart, because I enjoy having to regain all my progress. I don't know if that's a common thing but having a lot of the good talismains and things from the "start" doesn't feel as fun to me

But I'm still debating which to do. Not that I need the challenge of NG+ considering I'm bad at the game so I have all the challenge I need in the base difficulty. (I had to swap to Sheild poke just to defeat the death knight)
