Itching behind the numb scar?

For the past month I’ve been getting an itching sensation on the scar under my right boob. The area is numb and tonight it just won’t quit. I just read that it is likely the nerves “waking up” which is good, but doesn’t make it any less frustrating to have an itch you literally can’t scratch. I’m 8 MPO. Anyone else had this problem?
