Package stolen, Amazon denied the claim

I ordered a set of golf clubs, Amazon delivered the package and left them in front of my house in plain view with the brand written across the box. Someone stole them and I have the video proof from my cameras.

I got on the phone with Amazon and they were very understand and it made it seem like they would take care of the situation. Lo and behold, they denied the claim today. They stated I have too many refund on my account, I’ve had 1 in 5 years when they sent me an empty box for a $15 dollar purchase.

I filed a chargeback with chase and provided my evidence. Let’s see what happens. If you order expensive items from Amazon, keep in mind they will most likely not be helpful.
