Need help Changing the account from car to bicycle

So i called the uber eats support and they changed my account from car to bicycle and told me that they would send me an email to use to order safety equipment and i have to order from them and wait for it to arrive in order to start delivering. but the email is bugged out and when i click on the part where it says to place the order. it bugs out and takes me straight to thanks for your information page like the screenshots attached even thou i haven't even given the information and my adress where i want it to be delivered.
now my two questions are that how to deal with this problem i did call them and they said a support team will reach out to me within 24 hours which they havent yet. moreover how long will it take approximately for me to be able to start delivering and and earning again? and is there any way i can buy the equipment myself and get started sooner or do i have to wait for the equipment to be delivered?
