Need advise on moving back to USA on O1B.

Hello everyone! I am a graphic designer and a creative director from India and I run my own design studio. I did my masters from San Francisco State University in graphic design and research. Unfortunately H1B did not get picked up and had to return back to my country. It was tough as I was planning to stay in the US.

In the past two years I have built a good client portfolio. This year I was feeling a bit more uneasy with how design is approached in India and how I wish to be back in the USA. I was looking for 01B visa. It is really expensive which includes the visa processing fees, and the attorney fee that can go up to $12,000 dollars. On top of that I need to find a sponsor who can sponsor me or give me a job when I sponsor my agency myself.

I wanted to ask how is the design scenario looking in the states right now? Shall I make the leap of doing this? I’ve been thinking about it a lot, but I am getting more tangled up. Would appreciate any advice or any viewpoints.
