Need some clarification for a scene recreation film assignment

My assignment is to pick a scene from any film/tv show that is about 3 minutes long and recreate it. (Could be exact 1:1 or my own twist).

I was told that when picking my scene, I should have these questions in mind:

1. Who is the main character in the scene?
2. What is their (hidden) intention, and what is the obstacle getting in the way of achieving it?

I want examples. Comedy would be nice but not a must because thats something I want to make but I dont know how to really find the answer to number 2. Im just looking for something thats funny. Maybe my approach is wrong idk
