Erythema multiforme?

Image of palm Female, 20. I have these non-itchy bumps on my palms and fingers and it hurts when I poke them or stretch my fingers/hands. I have had them before, but not this bad and it has always resolved on its own after a few days. I have ocular herpes (since age 7) and get flare ups 3-4 times a year, sometimes more if I’m consistently stressed or sick. The bumps appeared today, and I had a herpes flare up the cleared up about 3 days ago. After some googling I was thinking it could be erythema multiforme, but the bumps have never developed into the “target like” lesions. They are just bumps like in the pics then they go away. Any opinions are appreciated! image
