Starting soon need help

Im sort of a workaholic and feel like the job fits me so im taking it. Ive done some research, main reason im taking the job is cuz the pay ($26.25 in cali) and NOBODY ELSE is actually hiring, current job pays bad and gives bad hrs. I heard it's only worth it with this pay. They're a prime focused DSP, and deliver to countryside rich houses apparently; said they're a "extremely high performing" DSP getting ready for prime day rush. are these already bad signs? should I be prepared for hell?
