Spironolactone low dose

Can anyone share their experience with low dose spironolactone and effectiveness? My derm said minimum is 100 mg to treat hair loss but I’m struggling at 50 mg as it is. I tolerated 25 mg for two weeks before increasing and having lightheadedness a lot at 50 mg (even with normal blood pressure and not too low). Is there any point in doing 50 mg or even 25 mg??
