help dropped in water

i accidently dropped my phone is toilet then i quickly then i cleaned it with a towel from bathroom. then i turned it on and then there were t thick lines going horizontal and then the screen was turning orange then it went black. then i think it flashed white. we used a blow dyer and it turned on again saying do not use Usb and then it turned off and we re turned it on and it was working. then i layed it on a dry surface i came back it stopped working again and it doesnt turn on. help what is wrong with it can i repair it?
