(xbox series) How do you manage your files to only get warzone?

I'm genuinely getting pretty annoyed with constant updates for things I don't even use impacting my ability to play warzone. It's like three maps, loadouts, and whatever hellish skins these dudes choose to pay for. I find I'm jumping in after every update that is like 20gigs and absolutely nothing has changed or been improved.

Reached a breaking point just now where it started uploading all my packs onto different storages - my internal or my expansion, and apparently you need all nine packs on the same storage unit for it to function. All of mine were scattered before and the game worked, but no, after this update I have to move them around.

I eventually deleted all call of duty and all warzone and downloaded the 128 gigabyte "warzone" file. I went to play. And I can't play. It says I'm missing packs to play warzone that aren't related to warzone.

Any fixes because this is driving me fucking insane
