Nursing column and writing

I’ve always loved writing, and I’m a nurse (LPN and now RN) for almost 7 years. I want to start writing about my nursing experience, specifically in the rehab and long-term settings. I have no clue how to start writing articles and potentially be paid for it. I’m very interested, as I’ve been DYING to share my SNF facility and general nursing knowledge. I also read my kind of knowledge is very desired right now in the nursing world.

Where do I start? Are there guides? What kind of websites do I publish on? Is there a dummy 101 guide?
