Trying to find a good Recipe App

Hello all.

Before wasting time to make my own.

I have downloaded a few apps and even some that are not in this photo but I cant seem to find an app that has both of what I am looking for.

Unsure why, but it seems maybe these apps are just made by the same template most likely.

Either the recipe app can download apps from websites, socials, etc and have you make your own.

OR

They can find recipes based on what you have in your pantry/kitchen already as well as let you make your own recipes (Some apps only search the recipes you have made, with what you have available which is annoying [Cookbook co])

Does anyone know of an app that can do both?

Allow me to save recipes from sites, socials, etc but ALSO be able to find recipes based on what I have in my kitchen already?

Personally, I use Paprika because I can maintain a list of what I have in the kitchen which is nice, and I can manage it on my PC instead of just my phone (Since I don't like typing on my phone). Sadly though, it does not find recipes based on what is in my kitchen.

I also don't care if it is free or paid, preferably, would like a perpetual license if possible.

Thanks in advance and sorry for any rambling.
