is it okay to use an eyebrow razor to shave my armpits?

I get ingrown hairs from a regular razor, and I know single blade razors can help prevent that, but I don’t have the money to buy one of those now so I was wondering if an eyebrow razor could work for that purpose or if it’s the wrong type of blade
