Will I get a hostel in DTU or NSUT as a first year BTech student from Delhi ?

So , I am a Delhi student . I live about 30 km away from dtu and about 40 from NSUT . The thing is , both my parents have transferrable jobs , my mother has already been transferred to another part of the country and i think my father is going to get transferred soon too.
I want to know if there is any way i can get a hostel allotted to me in the first year considering my situation a special case ?
