Working hours

Question for everyone: is it normal to get a job offer for 45-48 hours a week? I’m from America and 37.5-40 is the standard… I’m confused on how people in Jeddah have a good work life balance with that many working hours so I’m looking for insight because I’m a mom with very young kids!
(Pay is 15k, in the health field)
