i [20F] have never had sex with my boyfriend [20M] for longer than 5 minutes

hi everyone, i know this is so tmi but, i’ve exhausted all options and i just need advice at this point. so my boyfriend and i have been together for around 2 years and we also live together, and our sex life is just bleh. he smokes a LOT of weed so his sex drive is severely low and i have a higher sex drive so i am constantly feeling dissatisfied/needy. any time i do get my needs met it lasts like 2-3 minutes (i have timed it before). i’ve talked to him about the length of our sex snd he says to take it as a compliment but, idk its just not pleasing to me. i have also talked to him about his sex drive and he just says he isn’t a very sexual person and in my opinion if it was up to him we’d have sex maybe once a week which honestly is just disappointing to me, we’re still practically teenagers and we live together you’d assume sex is all we do but i digress. i also want to add that he has gone a few days without smoking weed a couple of times and our sex life absolutely thrived and when i bring it up or suggest he takes a T break for a few days, he says ‘you knew i was a stoner before we started dating’. which i did but i didn’t think it would affect me like this. i love him so much and he is my best friend, sex is not the most important thing to me but it does matter, so im just coming here to ask for advice, is there anything i should do/try or any recommendations to switch things up?

TLDR: my sex life isn’t pleasing and my boyfriend doesn’t seem to want to do anything to fix it.
