Beginner gourmet/fine dining recipe books?

Can’t for the life of me get Google to give me anything other than beginner cook books. I am a good home chef. I cook for friends and family and am known as the person to go to for a good meal. I want to get into cooking gourmet and fine dining, never made anything in that realm before. Any suggestions?
