My points went missing??

I noticed I had like 750 points on TIRA out of which 250 were expiring the next day so I added something worth 699 and I was gonna purchase my order but then the total came up higher than what was shown in the checkout section so confused I went back and in the cart the copping wasn’t applied (despite me having applied it ) but I thought that was the case and added it and went to check out again but this time it said cannot continue insufficient points or smth like that

So I thought it’s a bug so I’ll remove the item and add again and wth when I went back it said only had 51 points ?? I tried everything I could think of , I looked out and back in and even reinstalled the app nothing helped so I reached out to customer service (in which I couldn’t even connect with a person ) now I’m just left wondering if I should wait or just go ahead with my order or just uninstall this app

And the crazy part is I thought ok let me order from my other acc which didn’t have as much points right guess what I added th same stuff as last order along with smth worth like I think 250 points and guess what the same increase in total happened like that is soo shady
