Philhealth: Proof of Income as a First Time Jobseeker?

Currently set to graduate this June and accepted an offer with one of the top local banks’ MT programs starting August.

Is it okay to input Job Offer as the proof of income in my case since I don’t have access to my ITR yet? will they charge me anything or no naman?
