Pocket item & inventory menu not working randomly

Some games everything works fine but then randomly I can't open my inventory or use my pocket item or pull out my pickaxe, I've tried rebinding them and no go, once this bug happens it happens for multiple games until it randomly starts working again

Plsssss :(
