Pharmacy

so i have been waiting almost a week for my antibiotics.

i called they said they were very busy in the pharmacy department and how they would get it ready for me by saturday and send me a text when it was ready.

saturday has passed and no text… my doctor faced my meds on tuesday… anyone else experienced this?
